Bohemian beach wedding

Sometimes clients want to avoid all glamorous touches and just go for the essentials, pointing to a very bohemian, natural style beach wedding, which, done right, can be so beautiful!

Today's board, outlines my idea of boho chic!!!

Greek Easter

Hi everyone,

I am taking a few days off to celebrate Greek Easter this weekend! It's a very special time of year and celebrations are more evident than at Christmas in the country, we have midnight mass on Saturday, Easter Sunday and then Monday to brace ourselves for the summer season ahead!

Have a wonderful weekend whatever you are up to!

Ioulia's Stefana...just plain pretty!

I love this gorgeous lady's stefana or wedding crowns! They're organic, alternative, pretty and so worth investing in as a beautiful keepsake of your wedding!

Which is your favourite design? I think mine is the Greek key design, so beautifully made!

Find Ioulia on her website,  http://www.iouliastefana.gr/

Frothy Gowns fit for a princess!!!

I have to say that over the last year or so, frothy, flouncy, volouminous gowns have grown on me! Now whether or not they are fit for a beach wedding, well that's down to the style of the wedding and how formal you choose for your event to be, however I have to say, it looks pretty cool in the pictures!!!!

Do you like the "large" dress trend or are you a minimalist at heart?

Wedding Shoes, in nude...

I love shoes, I love weddings, so you can imagine how much I adoore a nice wedding shoe! Especially important when wearing a simple, destination or sheath type dress as it's much more likely they will be seen by all throughout the day!

Nude is a simple solution to those wanting to stay away from white or cream (I HATE white sating pointy shoes) but not in your face like coloured shoes are and totally wearable afterwards!!! Definitely a winner and a very chic solution to what to wear on your feet to your wedding!

Fabulous Wedding Gown Details...

Gowns can be so similiar and so unique, it really is up to each bride which way she wants to go!!

Personally I am really against the corset look that is very often seen in Greece and love the "less is more" look, although a little flounce, lace and beading that is well done, can make all the difference!

What detail does your gown have that sets it apart from normal? What is your favourite feature on a dress?
