Real Wedding in Rethymnon

Today we are featuring a fabulous wedding that took place in Rethymnon in Crete, one of my favorite islands for a wedding!

The bride was stunningly beautiful, they had an outdoor ceremony outside a small chapel on the beach, such a romantic setting for a summer wedding! I think the pictures really exhube a lot of emotion which is what I think wedding photography is all about.

Today I am showcasing the fabulous wedding of Michalis & Ioanna, who married on the island of Symi at Panormitis church and followed the ceremony with a traditional Greek meal with plenty of wine and lots of dancing!

As winter finally arrived in Greece this past week, finally in our boots and woolies, I find myself looking to knits and cosy warmers as inspiration for my posts!

Today we are visiting the fabulous site Etsy.com to bring you a collection of shawls and capes that can be worn over your wedding dress, of course white or cream is the obvious answer and I don't disagree, however a colour can add an unexpected pop to your photographs!

I absolutely adore todays feauture of a pink and gold Christmas themed wedding! Done well this can be a step away from too traditional themes, yet in keeping with the wedding being held near and around Christmas time!

There are endless possibilities and options that you can add, the table settings with gold glasses, pink tablecloths and gold plate chargers can be simply fantastic!

I think this idea is so cool, I really like the idea as a save the date and it can certainly follow through the entire wedding, imagine having all guests fingerprints in your guestbook, having fingerprints on the wedding programmes, menus, seating cards, the possibilities are endless!
